FASTB To Receive French Bourse

Big News For French Families!
 The French American School of Tampa Bay is thrilled to announce that we have just been approved to receive French scholarships starting in the 2019-20 school year. Deadline to apply is in February.
The French Bourse Scolaire is a need-based financial aid program administered by the French government to assist French citizens with educational expenses at accredited French schools outside of France.

The deadline for the 2019-20 bourse scolaire is February, 2019. You will need to act quickly. Important steps:
  1. Contact us to register your child with The French American School of Tampa Bay for admission.
  2. Contact the French Consulate in Miami as soon as possible to complete your bourse application. The Consulate can assist you with any questions and advise us as to any documents that may be required.
Students in any grade from preschool through grade 5 are welcome to apply for assistance.
Families who are registered with The French American School of Tampa Bay and whose children are French citizens may apply for the bourse if their child is three years or older before December 31 of the year for which they are applying (12/31/19 for the 2019-20 school year). The French government establishes its own criteria for awarding the bourse.

Meet The Founders
The French American School of Tampa Bay, (FASTB), founded in February 2017 by Elizabeth and Willy LeBihan, offers a unique immersion school experience to students from Early Childhood through grade 12.
Inspired by their successful creation of L’Ecole Française du Maine: The French School of Maine 18 years ago, the Founders decided to put their experience and devotion for education to work in the Tampa Bay area they have grown to know and love.
