FASTB Students Hit Right Notes at SPIFFS

Super job by our FASTB performers yesterday at SPIFFS! Whether backstage before the show (above) or on stage singing (below), they handled the spotlight and sang very well – bravo !

Also, we received 2nd Place (below) and honorable mention awards in the SPIFFS Art Contest, “Fruits of the World”. Great job by our honored students and all who entered!

Thank you to all of our parent chaperones and volunteers, our chorale volunteers, our teachers and, of course, our students, who made this a terrific field trip – Merci beaucoup !

Parade Tomorrow – 1:30 Meetup

Our Craft & Crêpe Day makeup date will be announced soon – tomorrow, we’re focused on downtown St. Pete and the parade of nations at SPIFFS! All are welcome to join us – FASTB families, as well as those of you who just love French and wish to participate. The parade is a celebration of world cultures, so we are marching in support of the broader French language and culture.

The parade begins at 2 and they will be staging for the parade at 1:30 at the main entrance located at the south end of Vinoy Park in St. Pete. Look for the “French” banner – we will also have some berets for those who wish to wear them. Feel free to design your own French look!
