Parents Association

Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Parents Association to work together in an inclusive community to support the students in their respective efforts to think critically, act responsibly and live virtuously and compassionately.


The purpose of the association is to:

  • Foster close relationships among the parents, students, faculty and
    administration of the School
  • Encourage parents’ participation and support
  • Assist the school community in achieving common goals
  • Sponsor activities that augment the quality of students’ life

Volunteering in the Parents Association is a wonderful way to become acquainted with your child’s friends, faculty, administration, and other parents.  Some positions meet all levels of skills and time commitments, so if you would like to get involved, we have a place for you!  Choose from several committees, including class activities, communications, community relations, parent activities, parent education, or school services.

Volunteering:

Parents are a very valuable resource at FASTB. Through volunteer efforts, parents provide essential services and assistance year in and year out. From chairing an event to shelving books in the library, volunteers make a positive difference in the FASTB community.
