News de Nous

Dear FASTB community,

As we near the end of 2024, our campus is alive with the warmth and excitement of the season.

In Moyenne Section, students have been crafting festive snowmen out of recycled materials, a wonderful blend of creativity and sustainability. Meanwhile, in CE1-CE2, students have been mastering the art of telling time, learning to distinguish between “am” and “pm” in English and exploring the 24-hour format in French—a skill that blends logic and cultural learning.

Looking ahead we are delighted to announce that FASTB will be welcoming two interns from Dijon, Mathilde and Pauline, who will enrich our classrooms with their enthusiasm and fresh perspectives. Their arrival is a testament to the strong cultural exchange opportunities that define FASTB.

Additionally, our CM1-CM2 students made a meaningful impact during their visit to Feeding Tampa Bay, where they donated 196 pounds of food—providing 163 meals—and learned the importance of community service and giving back.

FASTB was also proud to be represented at the AEFE seminar in Toronto, where leaders from French schools across North America gathered to exchange ideas and best practices. This event highlighted the strength of our global network and the shared commitment to delivering exceptional education.

Finally, please remember that tomorrow, December 20th, is a half day, with dismissal at 11:45 am. Thank you for your continued support throughout this year, and we wish you and your families a joyful and peaceful holiday season.

For any questions or further information, please feel free to contact us at office@fastb.org. Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our school community.
