Originally from Haiti, Kettly moved to Florida in 1997 after spending four years in New York. She is fluent in French, English, and Haitian Creole, and graduated from Pinellas Technical College in 2011.
Kettly has over 20 years of experience in childcare and early childhood education across Pinellas County. She began by homeschooling her five children and later worked in various educational settings, including the aftercare program at the YMCA at Melrose Elementary, and teaching roles at Woodlawn Elementary School and Promise Land Christian School.
