Hello friends,
I hope you are all enjoying a wonderful Mother’s Day!
This latest edition of News de Nous features FASTB adventures inside the classrooms and out and about in Tampa Bay. We are excited to share not only the field report of our budding Grades 4-6 scientists after their trip to the Tampa Bay Watch Discovery Center on May 1st but also the accolades our 1st and 2nd Grade students received for their Olympics-inspired creative writing.
I would also like to thank Camille Le Siou and Enola Le Boëdec, as well as their host families for a successful six-week internship at the French American School of Tampa Bay.
Finally, please take a moment to read two articles by Willy LeBihan, Founder and Head of School, discussing the benefits of bilingualism and the impressive educational paths taken by The French School of Maine alumni over the past 22 years. These articles provide valuable insights and will surely enlighten you as FASTB’s first alumni excel in the fourth grade.
Warm Regards,
Colin LeBihan
School Director
