Françoise was born and raised in Bourges, a city in the center of France. At a very young age, she developed a passion for gymnastics, contemporary dance, and other sports and arts. This passion drove her to undertake her studies in Sciences Techniques of Physical Activities and Sports. During her studies, she really enjoyed the training and educational sessions with young children. She taught Physical Education in France for one year in middle school.
Then, the insatiable thirst for discovering the world set in with her first opportunity to obtain a teaching position in a French School in Barcelona (Spain). Françoise continued her journey in New York (USA), then in Cairo (Egypt) where she could teach as a PE teacher and then as a Primary teacher. Five years later, she arrived in HONG KONG to discover the Asian World and there was so much to do that she stayed there for 25 years! A new passion emerged: teaching the Pre-Kindergarten level in a bilingual system where she could mix her interests in Physical Education, Arts, and Children’s literature with all of the psychological aspects of this age group. Françoise is happy to bring her wealth of experience to join FASTB where she looks forward to beginning a new adventure.”
